Jag gillar Spansk

Now now before I forget, I must rip this off my wall postings to my dearest Spanish-speaking friends because I am proud of my ability to express myself in oh-so-sexy-Espanyol.

Poem 2: for Esti

mi amiga
mi hermosa amiga
cómo estás
y cómo ha sido

Te echo de menos
no se puede contar con pesos
pero una cosa es segura
vamos a ver unos a otros

Poem 3: for Talia

érase una vez
allí vivió una niña
travelled from east to the west
Her name is Talia.

fue a través de Europa
Drank away vodka, tequila and cocoa
en un pequeño pueblo de Suecia
She met great people named Joanna, Laura and Rasyida.

ella es una gran chica, si usted debe saber
Although sometimes drunk, sometimes sober.
Espero verte de nuevo mi querido
Maybe next July, or who knows, October...December...

Oh m'amor I'm so nostalgic I will weep very soon. Emails from Alejandro mi amigo och Michael min preferit kompis are in and so I will take my time to email my lovebirds.

And it doesn't help that I just watched Before Sunrise and feeling weepy about wanting to be in Europe for the rest of my life. Of 'the other side of the grass' you are so evil.
